Fitness Tips: Need to lose 5kg in 5 weeks

I Have Gained Around 5kg around my Hips, Bum and Thigh Area i Hate it and am actually ashamed to go outside. I Have to Lose this as i am in a wedding in around 5 weeks and the dress doesnt even go over my legs and I can afford to get it re- done please help. I Normally Go for a 90 min Run and a 2 Hour Ride Everyday But have Lost NOTHING. I dont get it? please help me.

You poor thing! You must be feeling very frustrated. Firstly we need to look at your diet. There are many very fit, overweight people out there. Unfortunately being fit doesn't necessarily mean being skinny. With your diet I would recommend reducing your calories to 1200 per day. If you want a 'no-brainer' way of doing this, join 'lite and easy' whereby they deliver your week's food that is exactly 1200 cals per day.
With your training, 90mins running is great and will definitely work. Just make sure you are ramping it up alittle each week to accommodate your fitness improving. As for the bike riding, if it's outdoors, sometimes it can be hard to elevate your heart rate enough to make it worth while. I'd rather see you enroll in a really hard boxing class, or an indoor spin class (providing you really push yourself).
Other tips:
- No bread before bed!
- Train in the morning before breakfast
- Have a killer long session on the weekend
