I do believe in always eating breakfast before exercising though, at least for myself. I find I get much more energy to do a decent workout with a banana or something first and this is what I recommend to most of my clients.

One of my favourite interval training workouts is running drills on a track. It keeps your interest levels high because you are always changing it up, from straight sprinting, to high knees, butt kicks, sideways running, walking lunges, etc.</description>
