		<description>Very nice tips to remain coll during hot. Last year I was doing exercise during a hot day, suddenly I feel vertigo and I had to leave the exercise. I had to drink water/juices and after some time I got normal. It is fact that exercise during hot may be of less exertion.</description>

		<description>Great tips. There is no rain for almost a week now. I always exercise after office hour now even at 7pm it&#039;s even hotter. Now it&#039;s time to exercise early morning the weekend. Exercise at night is almost impossible for me. Cheers!</description>
