That is awesome news! Thanks for the feedback. Combining strength with dynamic stretch is an awesome combo. Many runners underestimate the correlation between strength, stability and therefore injury prevention.

I just did the Core Stability for Runners this morning prior to my 5-mile training run (I had printed it out a while ago and just found it).  I have extremely tight hips and so I did this along w/ a 10-min dynamic stretch scheme and honestly I had one of the best runs of my life today!  I&#039;m going to work these into my daily routine to loosen (and strengthen) up.
