I had always had a healthy relationship with food, until trying to lose a few kilos with a &#039;shake&#039; diet. the unpleasant feeling of deprivation, and beginning to label foods &#039;good&#039; and &#039;bad&#039; has now left me with bulimia. I am now on the road to recovery, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and to eat regularly. hunger and deprivation can create a multitude of problems - in my case, a serious and damaging eating disorder..</description>
