Keep your pants on Pyjammez,

This website is moderated regularly. What you are seeing is pingbacks not spam. Although the ridiculous comment JC had to respond to could very well be spam! I liked your I am Legend analogy, very creative! That movie freaked me out!

Great article, but this comment section looks like trash!!! Who the hell moderates this website, ANYONE??

Those spam links and the spam comment have been here for ages!

I feel like I've just walked onto the scene of I AM LEGEND, where the whole city is overgrown with weeds because no one is maintaining it.

Um, no crap. Specialization training IS NOT for beginners so why would you even suggest such training to someone "first starting out"?

Did you even read the article?

Determining the correct training volume can be difficult, especially when you are first starting out. You have to determine how much weight to lift, how many repetitions and set to perform for every single workout

cool, one thing I want to emphasize is increased intensity during the workouts. This is a must as the overall volume is low on the maintenance stuff.

You could also do some high rep work at the end... say some cable crossovers or something similar for 2-3x15-20 depending on how you feel.

JC, thanks for that. My chest is the difficult one for me, it is by far the hardest body part for me to grow. However i have never really targeted it so I might give it a try with this workout and see if I can get it going!
