Hi Daniel,
I've found a new dark chocolate with mixed berries in it. Gold is the brand and Woolies sells it - YUM, especially dipped in chammomile tea! I'm having some now!

You're right on the dark chocolate Amelia - it is so much nicer and better for you then regular chocolate. The best part is you don't need to eat as much because it's so rich (well usually!)

Hi Peter,
Don't avoid fat all together, but try to keep it below 45g per day and stick to monounsaturated (olive oil) or polyunsaturated fats (fish), not the other kinds (butter).

Hi Tom,
Yes you are right, Olive oil is mono unsaturated fat which actually helps to lower bad cholesterol by raising good cholesterol (Watch fat facts part 5 when it comes out, it's all about this). What I suggest to clients is 'NO free pouring!" Like alcohol, oil should be taken in small doses. 1 tablespoon has 120 calories in it, so always measure the amount of oil you use, but do keep using it. Good comment - we've missed you!

Hi Amelia, very informative. When it comes to weight loss (and healthy living) knowledge is a powerful thing! Olive oil is definitely a healthy fat, but for those of us trying to lose fat, unfortunately all fat is bad fat...
