Yes it&#039;s interesting isn&#039;t it? No wonder higher fat meals put on more weight, not only do you get the extra calories to convert to fat, but your body then gets the fat to store as well! Double whammy of stored energy which will come in handy if we ever find ourselves floating on a raft at sea! Not so handy when we&#039;ve just taken our jeans out of the dryer!
