		<description>Agree with all of your comments on nutrition Daniel, the fitness industry is definitely in need of an overhaul in that category.
Most of your points on Interval training are great, but I wouldn&#039;t scratch out aerobic training entirely! Aerobic classes and other activities like running, dancing and cycling get people moving who might not otherwise, and in that sense they serve a very noble purpose... 
I don&#039;t think anyone would argue that aerobic training is a waste of time, far from it...</description>
