This is an interview I did for another website called Aussie Fat Blast. It’s about 30min long and I am asked a series of questions listed below.
Q: What?s the Amelia Burton story?
Q: You are a corporate speaker and most of the Aussie Fatblast listeners are busy corporate professionals. What tips can you give them to maximise their time both in the office and at home?
Q: How important is the mental side of training when people are looking to be successful in business, life or in health?

Q: I?m a massive reader, and believe that anybody who seeks success needs to be emersing themselves in books on a regular basis. Do you have any must reads that you can give our listeners the heads up on?
