Logan is correct when he advises to put strength training as priority number 1.

It is the increase in strength in your muscles that will allow you to indulge in other fitness activities as that strength increases. 

No good trying to run a mile if you have insufficient strength in your legs.

With correct training and diet there is no earthly reason, barring accidents, that any person cannot enjoy the full and confident use of their body for their entire life&#039;s journey.

Nice interview and very wise advice from Logan.
