		<description>I do jog everyday before I go to work and that is already a routine since when I was in my high school till college until now. I do a lot of exercise I can really feel the fats burning inside me. 

As a member of the national team, We do have a proper diet We are totally in controlled to what We eat. Normally We do eat meat so often but instead We eat a lot of organic food.</description>
