Consistency would have to be the most important factor in weight loss.  It is a long slow process that requires a constant shift in a person&#039;s attitude, not just a two week intensive.
People who shift their attitudes towards exercise and diet, have a side effect of weight loss and vitality that stays with them far longer than someone who&#039;s sole focus is simply losing weight.
