		<description>Hi Tom,&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Well if you can breathe through your diaphragm then you are leaps ahead of most. Once you feel confident with your breathing, read my core stability part 2 and 3, and before long you&#039;ll be doing some crazy stuff with your core!</description>
