After a long time of being de-motivated after best of intentions, I&#039;m finally reaching my goals. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Wish I was at Definition to show you all! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ll also remember a rule that you told me many years ago - the 5 minute rule. Tell yourself when you don&#039;t want to work out that you&#039;ll just do 5 minutes... you&#039;ll end up doing the lot! It works!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Mel Fyfe xxx</description>

		<description>Hi Cheddarfix,&lt;br/&gt;How great is it when you find a like-minded buddy to train with! So long as they are a motivator but not a crutch, I think it works really well. Personal Trainers and group fitness instructors are a good substitute for a training buddy and I encourage gym members to try them out. If you know someone will miss you when you don&#039;t turn up and will praise you when you succeed, it keeps you coming back for more.</description>

		<description>Great post =). Having a person join you while working out is a great motivator. I like having a partner when I work out, although I also like to go solo too.</description>
